Your experience at the Practice may look and feel different, however these new measures are designed with your and our teams health and wellbeing in mind.
We will send you forms to complete before your appointment and contact you the day before to ask you some health-related questions.
We are limiting the number of patients in the practice at one time, please ensure that you don’t arrive too early or too late. Please come alone, unless you have arranged this with us beforehand. Please only bring essential belongings, your belongings will need to be placed into a box or a locker.
We have closed our waiting rooms and spaced out appointments – so that we can all maintain safe social distancing.
You’ll notice that we have installed Perspex screens at the front of reception desks. This will keep you and our staff safe when you need to visit reception.
Anyone entering the practice will need to clean their hands using the hand sanitiser gel provided. Anyone entering the surgery will also need to wash their hands.
If you have travelled to the practice wearing a mask, please keep this on. If you do not have a mask then one will be provided for you to wear on arrival. Our team will wear appropriate personal protective equipment to ensure their safety – as well as yours.
We’ll check your temperature on arrival using a non contact thermometer. If its deemed too high, your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.
We’re performing deeper, thorough and more frequent cleans – especially in our surgeries. These are scheduled in between patient appointments.
